Owner & Instructor

Sarah Greenshields

From competing on the FIS Nor-Am Snowboard Tour, representing the USA at the Junior World & forerunners at the 2002 Olympics, to managing Type 1 Diabetes alongside multiple knee surgeries, Sarah knows firsthand what it takes to push a body hard—and what it takes to keep it going.

A Montessorian at heart, Sarah is the owner and operator of Little Tree Education, with locations in Dover, Madbury, and Newmarket. A dedicated practitioner for 20 years, she built her studio for the adrenaline junkies, athletes, and movement lovers who refuse to sit on the sidelines.

Comprehensively trained via Boston Body (Balanced Body curriculum), Sarah focuses on low-impact strength and conditioning designed to protect joints and build resilience—so you can keep doing what you love. For Sarah, that’s snowboarding, horseback riding, and living life at full speed.

Sarah & Reese met while attending class at Boston Body and share Pilates Mentors.

Founding Instructor

Leslie Guerin

Leslie is the expert’s expert at the table, bringing over two decades of elite movement education and teacher training experience. A Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (PMA/NCPT) for over a decade, her credentials span STOTT (Mat & Reformer) and Pilates Academy International (Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Special Populations, Cardiolates), where she served as a Master Teacher Trainer starting in 2007.

A certified Pelvic Floor Specialist through Dr. Sarah Duvall’s Core Exercise Solutions, Leslie integrates advanced biomechanics and core recovery into her teaching. Her barre lineage goes straight to the source—training at the original Lotte Berk Method (the first barre studio in the U.S.) before creating BarSculpt and certifying instructors nationwide since 2006. With a foundation as a former NASM personal trainer, Leslie brings unmatched technical depth and movement mastery to every body in the room.

Founding Instructor

Reese Pressey

Texas-raised with teaching experience spanning Dallas, Maine, and Boston, Reese discovered Pilates in 2018 and quickly became an indispensable force in the East Coast movement scene. Mat certified through Jungle Johanna, comprehensively training through Balanced Body, and an instructor at Boston Body Pilates, she is a powerhouse across Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Chair. Her background ranges from training professional athletes and leading large community fitness events to guiding signature outdoor "Recharge and Refine" sessions in Boston’s Seaport.

Reese blends classical Pilates precision with athletic-inspired movement, driving classes with high energy, killer playlists, and a focus on strength, mobility, and control. Known for creating an approachable space where modifications are always celebrated, she believes movement should be intentional, a little less perfect, and a lot more personal. As Sarah’s primary mentor who personally guided her through teacher training, Reese’s technical excellence and innate warmth made her our very first hire—and the natural anchor of our team.
